Abstract

IIM SURYAHIM: Improving work satisfaction towards emotional perspicacity development of teacher in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan. Teacher is as one of educator component, has important role in determining fluency and success of organizing education in school. Teacher can do the duty properly if he has work satisfaction supported by his emotional perspicacity. However in reality, there is still an indication shows that teacher has not been satisfied in doing his profession. The unsatisfied feeling can be seen from his unmaximum implementation of teacher duty. The work discipline is still low However in reality the emotional perspicacity is considered low. All of these can be seen from the application of learning activity, generally, the teacher still concerns on the variety of learning activity problem and not including the psychological condition of the students. Based on the problem background above, it can be formulated as follows; (1) How to improve work satisfactory of teachers in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan? (2) How to develop emotional perspicacity of the teachers in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan? (3) How is the relation between the work satisfaction and the emotional perspicacity of the teachers in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan? This research is purposed to find out and analyses: (1) The effort of improving work satisfactory of teachers in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan. (2) The effort of developing emotional perspicacity of the teachers in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan. (3) The effort to reveal the relation between the work satisfaction and the emotional perspicacity of the teachers in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan. The result shows that: The emotional perspicacity of teachers in in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan is generally all right, and so is the work satisfactory of teachers in SMPIT Al-Multazam (Integrated Islamic Junior High School of Al-Multazam) Kuningan. The expectation of this research is in order that teacher can develop the emotional perspicacity to improve the work satisfactory which is done through the guidance of school and government inorganizing the school.
