Abstract
The development of the business world is increasingly competitive cause enormous changes in competition, production, marketing, human resource management, and handling of transactions between companies and customers and companies with other companies. Assessment or measurement of performance is one important factor in the company. Besides being used to assess the success of the company, performance measurement can also be used as the basis for determining the reward system within the company. Information systems used PT. Indosat branch performance assessment Cirebon in each region using the conventional way that hinders the presentation of data quickly and appropriately in accordance with the territorial needs. Using the method of Balanced Scorecard is an online not only gauge the performance of the company but is a form of transformation of strategic total to all levels within the organization. By measuring the performance of a comprehensive not only are measures of financial, but combining measures of financial and non-finance the company can run the business better. From the results of business intelligence applications with the balanced scorecard method is information about the performance of marketing can be known, so easily every regional PT. Indosat in 3 Cirebon region can know celular competition between providers that can support the decision to conduct the events that have made local area in an effort to increase corporate profits.
