Abstract
Ayu Rodia. NIM: 1908202009, ”DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR PETILASAN SUNAN KALIJAGA CIREBON CITY BASED ON SHARIA TOURISM IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF DSN MUI FATWA NO.108/DSN�MUI/X/2016 CONCERNING GUIDELINES FOR TOURISM BASED ON SHARIA PRINCIPLES”, 2022. Tourism in the Islamic view is interpreted as religious tourism, namely visits to places of worship for pilgrimage. Sharia tourism here does not only focus on objects but on facilities and so on. Sharia tourism objects are not only Islamic nuances such as mosques, tombs and shrines. However, sharia tourism can be in the form of natural tourism, cultural tourism or artificial tourism, all of which contain Islamic values. This study aims to determine the development strategy for the Sunan Kalijaga Petilasan, Cirebon City from the perspective of the DSN MUI Fatwa, in this case the researchers took the objects of research as managers, visitors, traders, parking attendants, heads of neighborhoods around tourist attractions and bus drivers. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the development strategy carried out by Petilasan Sunan Kalijaga is to develop attractions, accessibility, amenities, accommodation and sapta charm. Human resources have a very important role in a development to maintain and manage it. This means that humans must be smart in taking advantage of these opportunities. However, human resources here actually become an inhibiting factor in carrying out the development strategy. The development strategy for Petilasan Sunan Kalijaga has fulfilled the criteria contained in the provisions of the DSN MUI Fatwa. Keywords: Development Strategy, Sharia Tourism and DSN MUI Fatwa
