Abstract
ABSTRACT The green economy is in accordance with the objectives, basic principles and systems in Islamic economics, namely to improve human welfare in line with improving the quality of human life and nature. The discussion about the objectives of shariah (maqashid al-shariah), is interesting to be used as an analytical tool in approaching the study of green economy. Indonesia is still faced with the challenge of increasing development while reducing environmental risks and ecological problems through the implementation of a green economy. Regarding green economy and employment policies, and how they affect green skills, as well as their support for achieving carbon neutral Indonesia by 2060. Shows that development is still not effective enough to implement green economy policies towards Indonesia's net zero emission commitments in 2060, where human resources who have green skills are not sufficiently available and are able to produce environmentally friendly production goods.
