Abstract

This study explore the characteristics and needs of digital resources aimed at enhancing literacy in Nusantara high schools. Key characteristics identified include cultural relevance, interactivity, bilingual support, and adaptability of digital resources, which collectively foster engagement and motivation among students. To maximize the effectiveness of these resources, several needs must be addressed: ongoing professional development for educators, student involvement in resource selection, collaborative support among teachers, improved infrastructure and accessibility, and mechanisms for feedback and continuous improvement. The findings suggest that by integrating culturally relevant materials and emphasizing the use of interactive and adaptive technologies, educators can create a more inclusive and effective learning environment. Recommendations for future research include exploring the long-term impacts of digital resources on literacy development and assessing the effectiveness of various implementation strategies across diverse contexts
