Abstract
Pada dasarnya bangsa Indonesia adalah beragam yang jika tidak di kelola dengan baik rentan akan gesekan dan perpecahan dalam masyarakat. Sudah banyak upaya pemerintah dalam mengelola keberagaman bangsa Indonesia diantaranya dengan menghadirkan Pendidikan Islam multikultural di satuan Pendidikan. Penelitian ini akan memotret pelaksanaan Pendidikan Islam Multikultural pada obyek Kelompok Bimbingan Manasik Haji dan Umrah (KBIHU) Wadi Fatimah yang terletak di Desa Kertawinangun kecamatan Kedawung Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis apa saja prinsip Pendidikan Multikultural yang diterapkan dalam proses bimbingan manasik Haji di KBIHU Wadi Fatimah(2) Untuk menganalisa dan menggambarkan faktor yang menghambat implementasi prinsip Pendidikan multikultural di KBIHU Wadi Fatimah(3) Untuk menjelaskan solusi atas problem hambatan yang terjadi di KBIHU Wadi Fatimah khususnya terkait implementasi prinsip-prinsip Pendidikan Multikultaral. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara kepada pengurus dan jamaah haji, dan dokumentasi kemudian di analisas sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan yang akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa KBIHU Wadi Fatimah dalam kaitannya sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam dan bimbingan manasik haji adanya keselarasan antara prinsip-prinsip Pendidikan Islam multikultural dengan proses bimbingan manasik haji dalam hal,(1) Persamaan hak antar jamaah tanpa terkecuali semua jamaah akan mendapatkan pelayanan yang maksimal,(2) Manajemen bimbingan yang terintegral dan terpadu antara pengurus yayasan, pembimbing haji, jamaah haji, dan sarana dan prasaran pendukung,(3) Kurikulum manasik yang seimbang mempertimbangkan aspek kesempurnaan ibadah haji dan kebutuhan jamaah,(4) Prinsip menghargai perbedaan jika ditemukan adanya perbedaan paham dan keyakinan dalam pelaksanaan ibadah haji. Dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan manasik haji berlandaskan pendidikan multikultural yang telah diterapkan KBIHU Wadi Fatimah juga menjumpai kendala dan problematik yang cukup komplek. Kendala tersebut berupa kemampuan pembimbing dalam menyampaikan materi, dan latar bekang jamaah yang berbeda ditinjau dari segi usia, budaya, pendidikan dan status sosial karenanya perlu penanganan yang sesuai. Adapun problem yang dijumpai dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan manasik meliputi: (1) Problem di tanah air, (2) Problem di perjalanan, (3) Problem di Tanah Suci. KBIHU Wadi Fatimah dalam mengatasi problem yang muncul senantiasa menggunakan pendekan yang manusiawi dan selalu berkoordinasi dengan petugas yang berwenang. Multicultural Islamic Education in Hajj Manasik Guidance at KBIHU Wadi Fatimah, Cirebon The Indonesian people are diverse and, if not managed properly, are vulnerable to friction and division in society. There have been many government efforts in managing the diversity of the Indonesian nation, including by presenting multicultural Islamic education in the education unit. This study will photograph the implementation of Multicultural Islamic Education on the object of the Wadi Fatimah Manasik Hajj and Umrah Guidance Group (KBIHU) located in Kertawinangun Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency, West Java.This study aims: (1) To explain and analyze the principles of Multicultural Education applied in the Hajj ritual guidance process at KBIHU Wadi Fatimah, and (2) To analyze and describe the factors that hinder the mplementation of the principles of Multicultural Education at KBIHU Wadi Fatimah, (3) To explain the solution to the problem of obstacles that occur at KBIHU Wadi Fatimah, especially related to the implementation of the principles of Multicultural Education. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews with administrators and pilgrims, and documentation then analyzed to produce accurate conclusions. The results show that KBIHU Wadi Fatimah concerning being an Islamic educational institution and guidance for Hajj rituals, there is harmony between the principles of multicultural Islamic education and the process of guidance for Hajj rituals in terms of, (1) Equality of rights among pilgrims without exception, all pilgrims will get maximum service. , (2) integrated and integrated guidance management between foundation administrators, hajj supervisors, pilgrims, and supporting facilities and infrastructure, (3) a balanced ritual curriculum considering aspects of the perfection of the pilgrimage and the needs of pilgrims, (4) the principle of respecting differences if found there are differences in understanding and belief in the implementation of the pilgrimage.In the implementation of guidance for Hajj rituals based on multicultural education that has been implemented by KBIHU Wadi Fatimah also encountered quite complex obstacles and problems. These obstacles are in the form of the supervisor's ability to deliver the material, and the different backgrounds of the congregation in terms of age, culture, education, and social status, therefore need appropriate handling. The problems encountered in the implementation of manasik guidance include (1) Problems in the homeland, (2) Problems on the way, and (3) Problems in the Holy Land. KBIHU Wadi Fatimah in overcoming problems that arise always uses a humane approach and always coordinates with authorized officers. Keyword: KBIHU, Principles of Multicultural Islamic Education, Manasik Guidance نبذة مختصرة بحران.٢٠٢٢ .التربية اإلسالمية متعددة الثقافات في توجيه مناسك الحج في مجموعة إرشاد الحج والعمرة بوادي فاطمة ،شربون في األساس ، فإن األمة اإلندونيسية متنوعة ، وإذا لم تتم إدارتها بشكل صحيح ، فهي عرضة لالحتكاك واالنقسام في المجتمع .كانت هناك العديد من الجهود الحكومية في إدارة تنوع الشعب اإلندونيسي ، بما في ذلك من خالل تقديم التربية اإلسالمية متعددة الثقافات في وحدات التعليم .سوف يصور هذا البحث تنفيذ التربية اإلسالمية متعددة الثقافات على هدف مجموعة إرشاد الحج والعمرة بوادي فاطمة الواقعة في قرية شربون تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى) :١ (شرح وتحليل ما هي مبادئ التربية متعددة الثقافات التي يتم تطبيقها في عملية توجيه طقوس الحج في مجموعة وادي فاطمة للحج والعمرة ، )٢ (لتحليل ووصف العوامل التي تعيق التنفيذ .مبادئ التربية المتعددة الثقافات في مجموعة اإلرشاد المناسك للحج والعمرة وادي فاطمة ، )٣ (لشرح حل مشكلة المعوقات التي تحدث في مجموعة المناسك للحج والعمرة بوادي فاطمة ، خاصة فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ مبادئ تعليم متعدد الثقافات .تستخدم هذه الدراسة األساليب النوعية مع تقنيات جمع البيانات باستخدام المالحظة .والمقابالت مع اإلداريين والحجاج ثم تحليل التوثيق للوصول إلى استنتاجات دقيقة تظهر نتائج الدراسة أن مجموعة وادي فاطمة للحج والعمرة اإلرشادية فيما يتعلق بكونها مؤسسة تعليمية إسالمية والتوجيه في مناسك الحج هو انسجام بين مبادئ التربية اإلسالمية متعددة الثقافات وعملية توجيه من اسك الحج من حيث ) :١ (المساواة في الحقوق بين الحجاج دون استثناء لجميع المصلين ستحصل على أقصى قدر من الخدمة ، )٢ (إدارة اإلرشاد المتكاملة والمتكاملة بين مديري المؤسسة ، وأدلة الحج ، والحجاج ، والمرافق الداعمة والبنية التحتية ، )٣ (منهج المناسك المتوازن مع مراعاة الجوانب في كمال الحج وحاجات .الحجاج) .٤ (مبدأ احترام الفروق إذا كانت هناك اختالفات في الفهم واالعتقاد في أداء الحج في تنفيذ إرشادات مناسك الحج على أساس التعليم متعدد الثقافات الذي تم تطبيقه ، تواجه مجموعة وادي فاطمة للحج والعمرة أيًضا عقبات ومشاكل معقدة للغاية .هذه العقبات هي في شكل قدرة المشرف على نقل المواد ، وبالتالي فإن الخلفيات المختلفة للجماعة من حيث العمر والثقافة والتعليم والوضع االجتماعي تحتاج إلى معالجة مناسبة .تشمل المشاكل التي .تواجه تطبيق إرشادات المناسك ما يلي :١.مشاكل في الوطن ، ٢ مشاكل على الطريق ٣ مشاكل في األرض المقدسة .تستخدم مجموعة وادي فاطمة مناسك للحج والعمرة في التغلب .على المشاكل التي تظهر دائًما نهًجا إنسانيًا وتنسق دائًما مع الضباط المعتمدين الكلمات المفتاحية :مجموعة المناسك اإلرشادية للحج والعمرة ، مبادئ التربية اإلسالمية .متعددة الثقافات ، إرشاد مناسك الحج
