Abstract
The background of the Research is the phenomenon of students' moral deviation in SMP 2 Pancalang – Kuningan. Counseling services have been given by applying a behavioristic counseling services and Islamic counseling services optimally. The both of kinds counseling services have been implemented by counseling teacher, hopefully to minimize student’s moral lapses. But in reality, the moral lapses is still happened, it creates the question, how far the application of behavioristic counseling services and Islamic counseling services performed by counseling teacher and its related to the student’s moral in SMP 2 Pancalang The purpose of this study was to find data on the implementation of behavioristic counseling services and Islamic counseling services and it’s related to the student’s moral in SMPN 2 Pancalang. Behavioristic counseling services and Islamic counseling services in dealing with morals deviant students have significant and effective effects. This is due, if students feel behavioristic counseling services and Islamic counseling done by Counselling teachers optimally, it will be connected in shaping good student’s moral. This study conducted in SMPN 2 Pancalang. A method used in this study is a quantitative method of correlation analysis and calculation of the percentage of effectiveness. In this case, the population of the research is seven class and eight class students of SMPN 2 Pancalang 2011-2012 school years, totaling 300 students. Researchers took samples with reference to the purposive sampling as many as 30 students, and then used as the respondents in this study. The instrument of this study is the form of Likert scale questionnaire consisting of behavioristic counseling service questionnaires and questionnaires of Islamic counseling services as independent variables, while the character of students as the dependent variable. The validity and reliability of instruments tested with computer program SPSS 11.5. While the analysis of hypothesis is done manually reinforced with computer program SPSS 11.5. The conclusion of the research is that there is a positive and significant relationship between the application of behavioristic counseling services and Islamic counseling to overcome student’s moral with correlation coefficient of 0.88. it means that behavioristic counseling services and Islamic counseling services are very effective in dealing with morals of students.
