Abstract
Urban environmental monitoring is an important thing in the implementation of Smart city because it provides a sense of security for its citizens. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) is used to conduct surveillance in urban areas carried out by the government, company or community, whether indoors or outdoors. Data generated from monitoring results are converted in text form. In this paper researchers analyze previous studies that discuss the development of a model of moving image interpretation. The result is an integration model of the results of the interpretation of moving images from the results of CCTV monitoring that are converted in text form to be able to store information from monitoring so that it can be used to support city analysis.
