The tourism industry is an activity in order to meet the needs of goods and services for tourists. The shopping area of Batik Trusmi is one of the tourism industry. Opportunities that exist in the tourism sector, especially in this area will have an impact on the economic and social culture of the surrounding community. Optimal management of tourist areas will have an impact on the increase in tourist visits, so it will be beneficial for the tourism industry and the surrounding community. This research uses qualitative research. The result of this research, it can be concluded that 1) the management of Batik Trusmi shopping area that is planning, organizing, actuating and controlling or supervision. 2) The existence of shopping area of Batik Trusmi impact for an economy of society Trusmi Kulon village that is the increase of income, open jobs and decreasing unemployment, the increase of land price, and there is dependence on tourist visiting. In addition, there are also socio-cultural impacts such as the preservation of Batik art, conversion of jobs, contamination of the environment, the use of infrastructure, and traffic jams
