Abstract
he development of website-based learning media for a tenth-grade vocational high school in Cirebon is a media development that helps students improve learning outcomes in speaking English. digital resources are learning facilities designed for educational purposes that can be accessed using the internet and can motivate students in learning because they are creatively designed. Meanwhile, speaking is one of the four important skills in learning English that must be developed as an effective means of speaking. This digital resource presents learning media that is equipped with videos, images, text, and modules so that learning is more interesting and fun and can make it easier for students to understand learning material. The purposes of this study are: 1) to explain the needs of students in learning speaking skills using digital resources in vocational schools. 2) Explain digital speaking resources for the teaching and learning process in vocational high schools. This type of development research is called research and development, which refers to the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews conducted with tenth-grade students and English teachers. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out and the data collection through interviews with tenth-grade students and English teachers. in this study it can be concluded that digital resources can be used as a learning tool, therefore researchers develop website-based digital resources as a learning tool in schools. the website contains Media which is equipped with videos, pictures, modules, and a list of visitors present with material Talking about self. This website media can be operated on computers, laptops, and cell phones. This website-based learning media was made with some analysis from the results of interviews about what students need when learning to use the internet through website-based learning resources.
