Abstract

A buying and selling is a human activity in fulfilling the needs of his life. In law Muamalah, there are several trades that are forbidden and there are some trades that are legalized (allowed). One of the sale and purchase that is forbidden is the sale of speculation (Gharar). Gharar buying and selling is a sale that is not permissible under Islamic Economic law. It is prohibited because, trading is risky, and its nature is uncertain and potentially damaging. Where the items that are the object of the transaction in this case mango, it is not known exactly how much (quantity) because of how to buy it by guessing or estimating it.
