Abstract

Lesson plan was fundamental for improving the quality of teaching, and the capacity learning. In order to facilitate the implementation of learning in the classroom, an Multiple Intellegences Inquiry Learning (MIL) method is needed which is intended based on student needs. The use of Multiple Intelligences Inquiry Learning (MIL) in education has its own advantages, especially in terms of the effectiveness and flexibility of learning in classes where each student has a variety of intelligences. In connection with these concerns, the purpose of this research is to determine the features that learning english greeting to seventh grade junior high school that supporting the speaking skills in the 21st century. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research design was research and development based on the study’s goal (R&D). While those who role in this research are the researcher and the teacher , and the students in the 7th grade of junior high school . The data for this study was gathered trough an interviews. In this study, found about the students and teachers need in developing lesson plan, there are students need the material, media, and method that is appropriate with the material, learning media such as video (Youtube), audio, and pictures. The students also prepare well by providing and facilitating activities such as quiz, presentation, discussion, innovation, communication, collaboration, and skills training for students. Collaborate and study in groups using English so that students become more confident and are accustomed to using English.
