Abstract
Diyah Ismiyati. NIM 1808204021, “FACTORS AFFECTING THE PRODUCTION LEVEL OF RATTAN CRAFT AT PLUMBON”, 2022. Industrialization is one of the strategies implemented by the government in the context of accelerating economic development. In production activities, every entrepreneur has a goal to improve his ability in order to achieve production goals. This can be determined by production factors such as capital, labor and raw materials. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of capital, labor and raw materials on the level of Rattan Production in Plumbon. This study uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 79 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is to use a measurement analysis model with validity tests, reliability tests, assumption requirements testing, multiple linear regression analysis model testing, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that partially the capital variable had a positive and significant effect on the level of rattan production in Plumbon. The labor variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of rattan production in Plumbon, and the raw material variable has a positive and significant effect on the level of rattan production in Plumbon. Meanwhile, the variables of capital, labor and raw materials simultaneously affect the level of Rattan Production in Plumbon. Keywords: Capital, Labor, Raw Materials and Production.
