Abstract

Putri Natasya. NIM : 1908204013, "THE EFFECT OF ISLAMIC BUSINESS ETHICS AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN INCREASING SALES VOLUME TO ACHIEVE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (TEGALGUBUG VILLAGE, ARJAWINANGUN CIREBON DISTRICT)", 2023. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Islamic business ethics and digital transformation on sales volume. To determine the effect of sales volume on sustainable development goals of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tegakgubug Village, Arjawinangun District, Cirebon. This study uses quantitative research methods with research subjects as MSME actors in Tegalgubug Village, Arjawinangun District, Cirebon. The population in this study amounted to 215 business actors. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used is porposive sampling, in order to obtain a total sample of 140 business actors calculated using the slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. The data analysis technique used in this research is the research instrument test, the classical assumption test, the hypothesis test, the multiple linear regression test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2.) The results showed that the variables of Islamic business ethics and digital transformation partially had a positive and significant effect on the sales volume of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tegalgubug Village, Arjawinangun District, Cirebon. And partially the sales volume variable has a direct influence on sustainable development goals. Simultaneously, Islamic business ethics does not directly have a significant effect on sales volume through sustainable development goals and digital transformation has a positive and significant indirect effect on sales volume through sustainable development goals.
